This site details my Culinary journey to date and I hope that it inspires and motivates you to enjoy what I regard as the Worlds Greatest Profession.
In 2007 I was awarded the 2007 Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland Industry Chef of the year.
In October 2008 I was awarded an MBE for services to the Hospitality Industry and charity work.
This site exists to promote our industry and hopefully to inspire young chefs to greater achievements.
