The Course is designed for anyone who is interested in mastering the Art of Pulled and Blown Sugar.

The objective of this Course is to give those interested in the Craft a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the art of pulled sugar and Blown Sugar.

The course will be of 1 Days Duration commencing 9am to 5pm and included will be coffee on Arrival, light lunch and soft drinks in the afternoon session.

The course is intensive and very much hands on with the numbers being limited to maximise tuition.

All equipment and materials will be supplied and participants need only bring appropriate kitchen dress i.e. chefs whites / Bib Apron or white coat.

All associated skills and Techniques will be demonstrated on the day.

A folder containing recipes and guidelines will be provided for each student.

During the course each student will produce flowers and leaves, blow fruits and birds, pull ribbons / bows and construct a Piece of their own making under Willies guidance and supervision.
